I lost 3 pounds
I was at 167..now at 161. I lost 5 lbs.

Wow..I just watched that video! And a couple of the others from the show..its gonna be wild.
I was 245 and am now 242…3 pounds. Finally broke the plateau! I’m excited to watch tonight.

No big number from me.. I am at 322 - I maintained last week, and then gained 2 pounds this week.
I lost 5 pounds this week I was 209.5 last week I’m 204.5 this week.
I am 197.6 this morning!! Yeah!! 12.7 total lbs., since you started this thing!! Not too shabby!!
