I missed Biggest Loser…getting ready to go and workout with the trainer…
I hate it, but I missed biggest loser, my husband…even though I called and reminded him to make sure it recorded (I already had it scheduled), he forgot….so i have to wait until Sat now…or maybe I can watch it online?
I worked until 12:30am. We had markdowns at Coldwater (so if you like their clothes, they are having a huge sale today)…I didn’t know what that was all about, but it is a lot of work. I have never done retail clothing…so this is a new experience for me!
So tired. Didn’t get to sleep until 3 am…and then something woke me up at 8am…couldn’t get back to sleep. So now, I am just watching the clock waiting for 12:15, when I have to leave to meet with the trainer.
Have a bad headache…probably from the lack of sleep.
My weight is still going down 2 and then up 2…so tired of it. Woke up thinking about fasting again. Or at least doing the shakes for part of the time.
Went outside and looked around at my yard…love my garden center job, cause I now have new plants all in my yard, and gardening is such a passion with me. I just feel close to God when I am in the garden. There was a squirrel making noises, and birds chirping from a near by branch. The bird bath was full of clean, fresh water. The grass was wet under my barefeet. My kitty was showing off…climbing up trees and running back and forth. We had a BIG rain storm last night, with thunder and lightining…so the weeds came up easily. Felt good to just relax and “smell the roses” for a moment.
Work again tonight. Have already decided I am going to get something for me. We get a considerable discount…and with the sale…it is just to inviting:) There is a suede coat calling my name! Originally $250…my price: 119.40…hmmm…should I go for it?

Go for the suede coat Diva! You work so very hard. You deserve to treat yourself. Purchase the coat and then model it for your Buddy’s by posting a pic. Hang in there and I hope your headache goes away soon.

I can tell you who was voted out though. The yellow team lost and went below the yellow line. The catch this time was no one would “actually be voted out” The team who fell under the yellow line would have to pick one to go home.
The police officer (can’t remember his name) had pulled a hamstring. He was not in good shape. His daughter wanted him to stay, but he said no. So she is working harder because her dad is gone. They showed a picture of her dad and he looks absolutely amazing!!!

gotta work later today! Confession: I stopped at the drugstore on the way home…and got chocolate???? This is a drugstore I used to go to for binge food…AND
…this is a pattern for me…when I am tired. Should have known better…just wanted to be real and accountable.

Nice coat! Now don’t you get into the “I sabotaged myself mode”. You had a treat and tomorrow you’re back on track. Nothing wrong with having a treat once in a while. Just remember that it should not be a habit everyday. Hang in there girl, you are gonna do this!
