    I will miss the show tonight, working until 11pm…so I will be on before to post the weight totals…and then much later to see what everyone thought!

    I missed part of the show last time. I have never watched the show so I don’t know what to expect. I did see teams weighing in. Is there more to it than that? I am stuck at 146 so record it. I hope to post a better number next week.

    my weigh in for this week is 240.8

    last weeks weigh in was 243

    I couldn’t get on last night to post my weight because we have satellite internet and anytime the weather is bad we don’t get any signal.

    Anyway, I hope everyone has a great week!!! I’m looking forward to the show tonight.

    Chrisie, I made the choice today to change some of my behavior so I can feel and look better! I am going to take baby steps at this point because when I have been trying to jump back on the wagon these past few months I just have managed to fall off and onto my keister!     I get my butt outside in the mornings and walk.
    I try to make better food choices.
    My clothes are getting loose :)

    I am proud that I am putting myself first for at least one hour day…(spent at the gym by the way…LOL) and that is HUGE! I posted my weight yesterday

    What I’m proud about, dropping Splenda and using raw sugar but sparingly, like 2 teaspoon with my coffee.

    And I’m dropping down and doing push-ups when I can. Goal is to get 30 in before the end of the day.

    What did I do today that made me feel proud? Well, Lets see: I didn’t yell at my son who was slower than a slug getting ready for school this morning, even though I only got 1 hour of sleep last night was in no mood for his maddenly slow behavior. I just let it go and enjoyed the moment and drove him to school instead. That way I got to listen to “I love you Mommy” come wafting through my open window as I drove off the school grounds (I heard it like 4 times) :) I also passed up the fruit chews when I got home even though they have been calling my name since about 3am and am posting this instead (man I’m tired!). Time to feed the dogs (we have 3) and then I’m going back to bed for a while. It’s the end of the month and will be doing lots of grocery shopping so figure I’ll get the walk in I missed this morning (to the bus stop) and then there’s still the walk to collect my little guy in the afternoon. These forced walks (totally 1 mile) are really helping. My pants are getting looser and I’m not so sore anymore after exercising! Looking forward to the show. Will miss the first part as I have to see who gets booted off Dancing with the Stars (they are on at the same time around here) and will then switch over to Biggest Looser. Have a great day everyone.

    I am behind on watching the shows, since I have to wait until they get posted ONLINE.

    So what have I done TODAY to make me feel proud??

    I dragged myself to the gym even though I could think of a million and one things to do instead and I kicked butt for 50 minutes of the treadmill!! Yup, I am proud!!

    I love the show…it is such an encouragement. But is reality, who has time to work with a personal trainer, focus solely on yourself and what you are eating? It gets me so mad sometimes, I wish I could go to the campus just for a week. It also gets me mad when the girls have lower weight loss…you know they are bloated…but next time it shows bigger. My encouragement comes from a real life success story, no trainer, no surgery, just old fashioned weight loss. You gotta check her out on www.kimbensen.com she lost over 200 pounds and she is such a great encourager…seriously!!!

    To make me feel proud…
    well, I went to work…did 3 hours of manual labor:)
    Then went to the gym and did the treadmill, elliptical, and bike.
    so tired…ready for a shower and a nap:) Then back to work at 7…
