Going to the gym…needin’ some CAR-D-OH!!!!

The trainer is a blessing…but I am missing my cardio.  Spending time with her is making me feel like I am not doing enough cardio…

SO I am going to go now and work out VERY hard!  A friend from work called and she lives right beside the gym…so she is going to meet me there.  She recently lost 50lbs…

She had a full blood work done by a naturopath doctor. 
Turned out she was borderline diabetic, and needed t-3 for her thyroid…and she was gluten intolerant…etc.  The Dr. put her on a special diet and the weight just came off.  Wondering if I might need something like that?  Oh well…I have my new shoes on, and I am heading out the door.

    Congrats on the work out. I LOVE the way I feel after mine!! BTW, there is absolutely nothing wrong with going to the doctor to have yourself checked out. We are learning to take care of ourselves, so woman, care for thyself lol!! I think it’s a great idea to go get everything checked out, just so you know where you stand if nothing else!!
