Gettin’ my workout groove back!
Today I walked outside at the park…getting my workout groove back.

Anyway…it was cooler here…but oh my…the humidity was intense…you could cut it with a knife! All you southern belles know what I am talking about! Can I get a “yeah y’all?’
It was nice to be outside…but I could have done without all the sweating…it was just plain icky.
Afterwards, husband and I went grocery shopping…we were having fun, until… How is it that things can turn sour in just a moment?
Enough about that…
Gotta work tomorrow…bright and early. Helping with a summer camp! I am looking forward to it…just being with all the kids!
Just want to say again….how blessed I am by all of you here…what a gift this is! To be able to connect with others, with similar goals…and wisdom to share! People that pray, and people that care. Some that are just starting and others who have been there…done that. It just means so much to me…to know that if I slip off the path, you are here to say…hey…this is the way…now (get off that couch and) walk in it!
When you mentioned your husband I kinda laughed to myself because that happens to me alot. We could have a nice time and then something out of the blue turns things around. Oh well, that’s marriage I guess. Way to go woman gettin’ in that walk! Nice job there.
Totally laughed at the husband part.. cant tell you how many times that happens with me! But great job on the walk, sounds like you have your exercise under control! keep it up!

The camp was a treat…just being around kids again…they are so free–and know how to have fun!
I don’t think I am going to workout today. I did not sleep enough last night…trying to wait to sleep…so I can get to bed at a decent hour tonight!

You know, yesterday I got up telling myself that I was going to be kind to everyone NO MATTER WHAT. So husband and I are going to work and “God forbid”… I asked my engineer husband a political question. WHAT was I thinking? So he’s starts lecturing and “teaching” me and I’m getting more and more frustrated and I’m thinking to myself “just keep your mouth SHUT Shanna”. Thank goodness we had to stop at Goodwill right then to drop off some stuff. If it hadn’t been for that little stop and break in one sided conversation… I might have blowwwwwwwwwwnnnn. LOL
