For me to…
For me to truly love and appreciate who I am, I need…
For me to believe in my heart that I am worthy of being loved, whether I am thin or not, I must…
For me to become more open and loving to others, I need to…
These are from a book I am reading: Losing Weight Permanently…
Read it today at the courthouse…while I was waiting to see if I had to sit on a jury. Thought it was interesting…
How would you answer one or all of them?

#1…. I need to truly love and appreciate My Creator, the Lord!
#2…. I must believe in my heart that My Creator is only capable of creating all that is beautiful. I must realize that the beauty He creates is both external as well as internal but the inner beauty is what He seeks from me.I must love myself but not be “in love with myself”. My God is a modest God!
#3…..Become more open and loving to the Lord, to myself.
I too! have a book that I would like to share with everyone, you know it as the “Bible”
Sorry! the “Holy Bible”. Has anyone ever read the book by Dr. Laura Schlessinger, Stop Whinning, Start Living it is also an excellent book. Chrisie who is the author of the book you mentioned? I would like to buy it.
VERY interesting and I think a great exercise. Thank you for posting this.
For me to truly love and appreciate who I am, I need… recognize my strengths and not just see my weaknesses.
For me to believe in my heart that I am worthy of being loved, whether I am thin or not, I must… be myself, not try to be what I think others think I SHOULD be, and I must live with honor and integrity and stay true to me and my beliefs.
For me to become more open and loving to others, I need to… LISTEN to others and not be so focused on self.
Huggggggggs,
Shan
1. I need to do everything to glorify God
2. Try to love others instead
You have such great blogs and ideas, girl!
For me to become more open and loving to others, I need to appreciate and remember that ALL human beings are special and unique children of the same God.
Peace!
For me to truly love and appreciate who I am, I need…
to see myself as God sees me…unconditionally and through the eyes of Love!
For me to believe in my heart that I am worthy of being loved, whether I am thin or not, I must…
accept God’s unconditional love…and apply it to myself. To know and believe that Jesus died for me and HIS precious blood covers me and all my imperfections.
For me to become more open and loving to others, I need to…
Remember that I am safe as a child of God and no weapon, no evil plans, no jealousy’s, no fear can ever hurt me…within Him, I have already died…and have risen.
The book is by Gregory L. Jantz, PhD
Thank you Chrisie for the info on the book.
To be more patient with myself and allow myself to slow down and listen to what God has to say for me.

Thanks, Chrisie, I needed these thoughts!
